Cancel Any Time

All paid plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions. You can cancel at any time from your account page with one click — no questions asked, no email required.

When you cancel, you keep full access to your plan until the end of the current billing period (the date shown next to "Renews" on your account page). After that date, the subscription stops auto-renewing and you drop to the Free tier.

Refunds

Unlimited Desktop App — Non-Refundable

The Unlimited Desktop App ($29/year) tier is not eligible for refunds. Once purchased, the license key is issued and bound to your account, so the 7-day money-back guarantee does not apply to this tier or to any charge that issues a desktop license. Make sure the desktop tool fits your workflow before purchasing; the free web tier and the Basic/Pro subscription tiers let you evaluate the lookup engine first.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@channelid.app with the email address on your account and the approximate charge date. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in immediate termination of your account and any active subscription. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback with evidence of service delivery.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record. Paddle's own buyer-protection terms may apply in jurisdictions where consumer protection laws require it. See Paddle Buyer Terms.
